I was very picky and shopped for over a year and they were patient and always made time for me. 1 year ago, we used PNWProperties with Shawn and his lovely wife Annette.
They were amazing to work with. I was very difficult and picky and they never got annoyed and always took time to look at all of the houses that I wanted to and always were able to be honest about things that were good and bad and were very helpful in answering questions and had great advice.

We spent a good amount of time with them and after looking at alot of different houses, we finally got the house that we wanted that was perfect for our family.
The whole process was exciting, and from start to finish we had no issues with anything. It was all easy to understand and everyone that we worked with for everything else such as the loan officer and signing the paperwork, they were all great people as well. We were beyond happy with our first expierence as 1st time home buyers. A nother bonus was the fact that my boyfriend and I are in the medical field and there was a discount for being first responders which was amazing that they do that.
